At’hadak is looking for a Technical Lead (Part-Time) to manage our iOS + Backend development

team.

About the Role:

You will lead the weekly sprint, break down features, assign tasks, review code, manage quality,

and ensure stable weekly shipping.

Responsibilities:

·      Lead the mobile/backend engineering team

·      Weekly sprint planning, kickoff, and reviews

·      Code reviews + architecture oversight

·      Performance optimization

·      Documentation

·      Testing coordination

·      Fixing/blocking critical issues

Ideal Candidate:

4 years + Experience MIS

·      4+ years experience (iOS or Backend ·      Previous Team Lead experience

·      Strong communication and task breakdown skills

·      Available 20 hours/week

·      Organized, reliable, and process-driven
