About the Opportunity

A well-established construction entity is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver ongoing residential and commercial projects in Sohag. The role requires strong coordination between technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring execution quality and project timelines. Accommodation and transportation allowances are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress aligns with approved schedules.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, technical office, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project quality, safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
• Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports.
• Lead site meetings, manage conflicts, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely execution and handover of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, shop drawings, and site execution.
• Previous experience with finishing, steel structure, or concrete works is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Based in Sohag or willing to relocate.
