Occupation Description

The Development Supervisor reviews, creates, tests, and provides recommendations for all drawings related to City Edge Development (CED) projects.

Job Scope

• Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and guidelines within procedures and quality standards.
• Support in explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required.
• Monitor work progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of deliveries.
• Prepare, and consolidate progress reports and presentations of the assigned projects to the department lead.
• Support in managing the relationship with the relevant parties.
• Ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
• Responsible for designing, creating, and testing new products.
• Assist in the coordination with all other departments and external parties, if any, concerning new, and ongoing developments to meet the projects’ milestones.
• Assist in the review of all design deliverables.
• Review and approve required marketing material(s) related to the concerned project(s).

Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested

• 5-8 years of related experience.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial projects (medium-scale projects are acceptable).
• Solid understanding of all project development stages, from concept to execution, including design coordination, authority approvals, tendering, and delivery.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to review and assess design packages, drawings, and technical submissions.
• Strong understanding of project feasibility and cost awareness.
