We are looking for a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee discipline-specific activities on site and ensure that all construction work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. This role reports directly to the Construction Manager and works closely with subcontractors, engineering, and project teams.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities within your discipline, ensuring adherence to project schedules, cost targets, and quality/HSE standards.
• Review and verify suppliers’ material and technical documentation to confirm alignment with construction plans and contractual obligations.
• Review and approve subcontractors’ method statements and ensure proper implementation on site.
• Promote and enforce HSE procedures and actively participate in site HSE activities as defined in the Site HSE Plan.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and support recovery actions when required.
• Ensure subcontractor manpower, equipment, and performance meet project expectations and safety/quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and sign off required certificates in accordance with inspection plans.
• Maintain and manage the non-conformity register and support timely resolution of all non-conformities.
• Identify potential design issues and coordinate with Field Engineering for corrections or clarifications.
• Review subcontractor progress reports and approve them as needed.
• Coordinate vendor specialists as required by site activities.
• Support Subcontract Administration with pricing updates, amendments, and claim assessments.
• Collaborate with Project, Engineering, and Subcontracting teams on constructability assessments, technical reviews, and clarification meetings when needed.
