We are seeking a highly motivated, structured, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support and enhance our distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence across our supply chain and online channels.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily operations with distribution partners and warehouses, ensuring seamless product flow and precise inventory control.

• Coordinate and manage activities across major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and other marketplaces.

• Oversee and follow up on the manufacturing process of our cosmetics products, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and stock availability targets.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive timely deliveries and operational efficiency.

• Develop and present consistent reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and overall operational progress.

🔹 Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, e-commerce operations, or distribution management is preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• High level of organization and adaptability within a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
