Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Product Manager - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven products. In this dynamic, part-time remote position, you will leverage your expertise in product management to create impactful prompts and lead the full prompt engineering lifecycle for AI training.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end prompt creation cycle, from ideation to validation and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to identify training needs and develop optimal AI training strategies.
• Design, author, and refine high-quality prompts that drive robust AI model performance and accuracy.
• Analyze AI model outputs, gather feedback, and iterate prompts to maximize learning efficacy.
• Document workflows, methodologies, and insights to build a scalable prompt library.
• Ensure timely delivery of prompt training projects and communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders.
• Champion best practices in AI training, prompt engineering, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within AI, machine learning, or prompt engineering environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity and detail.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting AI outputs and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Hands-on experience creating, testing, and refining prompts for AI models.
