Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager, located in New Cairo. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include supporting staff, guiding their professional development, and implementing safeguarding practices. The role also entails maintaining open and effective communication with parents and ensuring adherence to educational and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursery Management, including experience in developing and maintaining early years programs
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and safeguarding children practices
• Effective communication skills to liaise with staff, parents, and stakeholders
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or ma
