About the Role



Develop and manage sales channels and client relationships; negotiate with clients to establish sales policies aligned with company strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client experience and drive sales performance. Report to the CEO of AUX EG Company.

Qualifications



  • Strong understanding of the local HVAC market with established channel relationships
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC products, good relationships and resources in HVAC channel customers
  • Results-oriented working style
  • Good sense and rich experience in managing, training, and empowering a sales team
