Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our team in an on-site, full-time position based in Rai, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the FMCG sector. You will conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will stay updated with market trends to support the company's growth and maintain competitive advantages in the market.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and close deals effectively
• Client relationship management and communication skills to maintain and expand customer relationships
• Understanding of FMCG products and market dynamics
• Proficiency in market research and analytical skills to identify trends and create strategies
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines
• Experience in using CRM tools or sales management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in FMCG sales or a similar role is highly beneficial
