Job Description:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Recruits, screens, and interviews job applicants.
- Matches candidates to suitable positions.
- Works with department managers to find the best employees.
- Evaluates candidates, assesses resumes, conducts interviews, and builds a network of potential employees.
