Job Description:
The IPMI Specialist is responsible for assisting and managing leads interested in international health insurance products. The role focuses on contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, providing accurate product information, and supporting the sales process. The specialist will ensure proper follow-up, maintain lead records, and coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversions. Fluency in English is a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist and follow up with leads interested in international insurance plans.
• Contact potential clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable international insurance options.
• Provide clear and accurate information about coverage, benefits, and policies.
• Maintain organized lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team when needed.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and documentation.
• Ensure clients receive excellent service throughout the inquiry process.
• Track lead progress and submit regular reports on follow-ups and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of insurance (especially international insurance) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
