Position: HubSpot Executor

Overview:

Blu Mountain is seeking a dedicated HubSpot Executor to join our growing HubSpot consultancy on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in optimizing our clients' HubSpot environments, including custom field creation, workflow management, data cleanup, custom reporting, and overall platform configuration. This is a fully remote position, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage custom fields and properties in HubSpot to meet specific client needs.
• Design and implement efficient workflows to automate processes and drive operational improvements.
• Execute data cleanup tasks to maintain accurate and organized client data.
• Develop and deliver custom reporting to track key performance indicators and client metrics.
• Enhance HubSpot configuration for better tracking and optimized performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical solutions for HubSpot-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date on HubSpot’s latest features and apply best practices for system optimization.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis and manipulation.
• Prior HubSpot experience is highly preferred.
• Background in computer science or related technical fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with engineering courses or technical concepts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
