Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture

3–4 years of site supervision experience in high-end finishing and fit-out projects

Proficient in AutoCAD

Strong communication skills with a command of English

Well-presented and client-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise fit-out execution activities on-site for luxury residential and commercial projects

Manage finishing works to ensure premium quality and timely delivery

Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover

Maintain site documentation, track progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications

Act as the client-facing representative on site, upholding the company’s image and quality standards
