A reputable and growing restaurant in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities for all food, beverages, consumables, and non-food items. This role requires close coordination with the kitchen, inventory, finance, and other departments, and reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase restaurant-related items in line with quality and cost standards.

Work with chefs and kitchen team to fulfill daily ingredient requirements.

Maintain approved supplier lists and track purchase orders and delivery timelines.

Manage documentation including LPOs, invoices, contracts, and supplier records.

Liaise with inventory control to monitor stock levels and avoid over/under purchasing.

Follow up on pending deliveries, resolve quality/delivery issues.

Monitor pricing trends, discounts, and supplier performance.

Submit purchasing cost reports to the Restaurant Manager and Finance.
