Job Description

• Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and support teams.
• Ensure availability, stability, and security of all IT systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of ERP systems, production systems, and digital manufacturing tools.
• Ensure compliant cybersecurity practices, including policies, risk mitigation, and incident response.
• Optimize IT infrastructure to support large-scale garment manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, licensing, and contracts.
• Drive automation, digital transformation, and efficiency improvements in line with industry best practices.
• Oversee help desk and end-user support to ensure high service levels for all departments.
• Ensure proper backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and lead technology upgrades across factories.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 - 15 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in IT leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in:
  • IT infrastructure & networks
  • ERP and manufacturing systems
  • Cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience in manufacturing environments—preferably apparel, textiles, FMCG, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage IT operations across multiple sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.
