Job Description

  •  Lead, coach, and manage an acquisition team to achieve acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  •  Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain partnerships with clinics, merchants, and key industry decision-makers.
  •  Oversee the full acquisition cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and deal closing.
  •  Manage the acquisition pipeline and monitor team performance against KPIs, revenue targets, and acquisition goals.
  •  Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.
  •  Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  •  Build strong relationships with key Health and beauty service providers such as medical aesthetics services, gyms, fitness centers, barber shops, etc.
  •  Deliver accurate reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  •  Resolve conflicts, handle objections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  •  Foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring resilience and motivation in high-pressure environments.

 

 

Job Requirements

  •  2–4 years of proven sales or business development experience in medical aesthetics, hair transplant, wellness, or cosmetics.
  •  Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role, managing at least 2 people with strong coaching and motivational skills.
  •  Established network and connections with key clinics, merchants, and decision-makers in aesthetics and hair restoration.
  •  Strong commercial acumen, with expertise in negotiation, contracting, offer structuring, and margin/ROI analysis.
  •  High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, forecasting, and presentations.
  •  Analytical and numbers-driven, with proven ability in KPIs, performance tracking, and revenue target achievement.
  •  Resilient, persistent, and target-oriented, with the ability to thrive in competitive and high-pressure environments.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, handle objections, and resolve conflicts.
  •  Strong customer orientation, with deep understanding of clinic needs (patient acquisition, ROI, and device utilization).
  •  Background in commercial operations within medical aesthetics or hair transplant (commercial focus, not clinical).
