Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BMS Technician to join our team at our project site

The technician will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) and controlling various building services such as HVAC, lighting, fire systems, and power systems.

This role requires strong technical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain system efficiency and uninterrupted operation.

A fully furnished accommodation will be provided at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor BMS systems, ensuring proper performance of HVAC, lighting, fire, and power systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for BMS equipment, sensors, controllers, and control panels.
• Diagnose and repair technical issues in the system, electrical wiring, and field devices.
• Assist in installing, commissioning, and calibrating new system equipment.
• Coordinate with the BMS Engineer and maintenance team for scheduled maintenance and required updates.
• Prepare accurate reports on faults and completed maintenance activities.
• Follow safety standards and site security procedures.
• Contribute to development activities, testing, and shutdown operations when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in control rooms and system panels.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BMS or control systems.
• Good knowledge of building systems such as central HVAC, lighting, and electrical power.
• Familiarity with BMS platforms such as Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls.
• Knowledge of communication protocols like BACnet, Modbus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Commitment to full-time on-site.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale projects such as resorts, hotels, or commercial buildings.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and consumption optimization.
