We are looking for a Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the quality of all garments produced at Al-Khomasia, across both internal production floors and external partner factories. The role includes setting quality standards, performing in-process and final inspections, solving production issues, and coordinating with the Central Planning Office to keep production moving smoothly without delays or rejections. The Quality Manager is the key link between production, planning, technical teams, and clients to maintain high accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement quality checkpoints across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing stages.

Conduct daily inspections and ensure compliance with tech packs and approved samples.

Supervise and verify quality of outsourced production.

Resolve quality problems quickly to prevent production stoppage.

Coordinate with planning, technical, and production teams on defects and corrective actions.

Prepare daily inspection summaries and weekly quality reports.

Train supervisors and line checkers on quality standards and SOPs.
