• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventories.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
• Support audits by providing necessary inventory documentation and explanations.
• Oversee the organization and labeling of inventory items for efficient retrieval.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and update stock movements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of proven experience in inventory control or stock management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with fluctuating inventory demands.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with audit processes and inventory reconciliation.
