Job Description

• Develop and maintain the project baseline schedule using Primavera P6.
• Monitor and update project progress, identifying delays and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and control project budgets, cost breakdown structures, and cash flow forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis and track actual expenditures versus budget.
• Review and verify subcontractor and supplier invoices before approval.
• Review QS quantities, BOQ items, and validate measured works.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and productivity dashboards.
• Assess project risks and maintain the updated risk register.
• Analyze variations and prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) when needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate progress data and documentation.
