Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales performance monitoring reports: brand wise, sales force wise, category wise and SKU wise.
• Analyze business growth, sales performance, highlighting gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities, revenues and receivables.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly
• Support process improvement initiatives and develop actionable reports by creating dashboards for sales leadership.
• Assist with specific projects such as system updates and business process improvements
• Monitor Credit Control reports and service levels to avoid delinquency
• Generate Ad Hoc reporting for Sales.
• Coordinate with stores team to ensure smooth operations for sufficient stock available and ensure shortage/excess stocks are transferred within the internal divisions to avoid unnecessary expiries.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate performance to monthly and annual sales goals, quotas and forecast; provide explanations for variances to forecasts as well as placing orders in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BA, Accounting, Commerce or Economics.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Proficient in handling Data Analysis Tools and reporting programs.
• 5 Years’ Experience in FMCG (Food & Beverages) with emphasis on sales reporting.
• Ability to work both independently, meet deadlines while executing on multiple deliverables in a collaborative team setting
• High level of Business Acumen and Integrity
• Strong analytical, research and survey skills
