Job Description

Develop and deliver engaging English language arts lessons to middle school students, aligning with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and a love for reading and writing.
Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies and educational technologies to address diverse learning styles and needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and address individual learning challenges.
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities that promote language proficiency and literary appreciation.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.
4-5 years of proven experience teaching English at the middle school level.
English Fluency is a must.
Demonstrated expertise in English language arts curriculum and instructional strategies.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Proficiency in integrating educational technology into classroom instruction.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices.
