Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and mentor nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care across all departments, including emergency, surgery, ICU, radiology, and outpatient clinics.
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Coordinate daily nursing operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to promote interdisciplinary communication and holistic patient care.
- Oversee patient care plans, ensuring individualized, evidence-based interventions and timely documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of nursing staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Handle patient and family concerns, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures throughout the facility.
- Participate in budget planning, inventory management, and procurement of nursing supplies and equipment.
