Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing highly accurate and fully coordinated MEP shop drawings and BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Works closely with engineers, team leaders, and the coordination team to ensure drawings meet project specifications, codes, QA/QC standards, and consultant requirements.

Key Responsibilitie

• sPrepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• .Develop full 3D BIM MEP models using Revit MEP
• .Create coordinated models with architectural, structural, and other MEP discipline
• sPerform model updates based on engineers’ comments, design changes, and RFIs
• .Export models to Navisworks Manage for clash detection
• .Coordinate with the BIM/Technical Coordination team for clash resolution
• .Prepare Navisworks viewpoints, clash snapshots, and coordination reports
