Job Description

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Full Time (9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Fridays & Saturdays are off
• Create accurate construction BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce organized architectural drawing sets for various construction stages and participate in discipline reviews.
• Follow international and internal BIM standards.
• Review project architectural drawings and specifications.
• Identify conflicts, incomplete or unclear design information.
• Navisworks
• Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline design changes and model challenges.
• May take the lead to develop BIM content for project specific needs.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and coordinating
• Experience in creating Construction Drawings and handling Submittals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure or certification in architecture is a plus
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, etc.
• 6 to 12 Years of Architectural BIM experience.
• Experience of Building Information Modeling (BIM software) is a must using Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge in design, calculations and design systems.
• Clear understanding of BIM Standards, Processes, and workflows
• Live near Zayed or October city.
• Immediate start within 2 weeks
