The Opportunity: Your Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Junior Media Buyer to join our internal team. You will be the engine driving sales for Slllr across key social media platforms in Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for our growth strategy and offers a direct profit-share incentive based on achieving ambitious targets.
Key Objectives & Impact:
Drive Monthly Sales Growth: Execute, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns to achieve aggressive monthly sales targets and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
Product Liquidation & Profit Optimization: Strategically utilize media buying to liquidate slow-moving products through targeted campaigns and aggressive discount strategies.
Provide Market Insights: Serve as the direct link to market data, providing crucial and actionable commercial insights to the Account Management and Commercial Departments.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Media Buying & Campaign Execution
Plan, launch, and manage daily paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat specifically targeting the Saudi Arabian market.
Conduct testing on creatives, and offers to continuously optimize performance.
Execute test campaigns for new products to validate market potential before large-scale budget allocation.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Team and Account Management Team to align campaign execution with inventory and product strategy.
2. Budget Management & Profit Optimization
Strategically allocate and manage significant advertising budgets across platforms to maximize overall profitability and scale successful campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPC) daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting based on real-time data analysis.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains to drive smarter spending and higher net profit.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Maintain a data-driven approach to optimization, using platform analytics and Slllr's internal reporting tools.
Translate campaign data into actionable commercial insights for cross-functional teams.

-Competitive Base Salary
-Performance-Based Profit Share: Earn a significant 30% share of net profit based on achieving established monthly and quarterly sales/liquidation targets.
What You'll Bring:
-Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Digital Media Buyer, ideally in an e-commerce or direct-response environment.
-KSA Market Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience executing and optimizing e-commerce campaigns within Saudi Arabia (KSA).
-Platform Proficiency: Strong, practical knowledge of campaign management and optimization on Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
-E-commerce Acumen: Good understanding of the e-commerce lifecycle, dropshipping models, and key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and a relentless, data-driven approach to problem-solving and optimization.
