Nourbelle Tours, a leading tourism company specializing in incoming tour packages to Egypt, is seeking a highly organized and professional Incoming Tour Operator to join our growing team.

This role requires someone who is passionate about travel, customer care, and delivering exceptional service to our global clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Incoming Tour Operator based in Luxor, Egypt. The role involves planning, coordinating, and organizing high-quality travel experiences for clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, coordinating guided tours and transportation, as well as promoting company travel packages and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with local vendors, guides, and clients will also be a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to travel inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare customized tour proposals and itineraries for international markets.
• Coordinate and track all tourism operations (transfers, guides, hotels, sightseeing, and logistics).
• Manage customer complaints with a problem-solving mindset and ensure timely resolutions.
• Communicate with suppliers and partners to secure bookings and maintain smooth tour operations.
• Monitor ongoing tours to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily reports and follow up on pending arrangements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in incoming tourism or tour operations (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Egypt’s tourism destinations is required.
