Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to support the creation and development of BIM models.
• Ensure that BIM models accurately represent project specifications and design intent.
• Coordinate digital engineering activities across multiple design packages, ensuring alignment with project standards and specifications.
• Utilize BIM software to conduct thorough clashes detection and analysis, identifying conflicts between different building elements, systems, and disciplines.
• Develop strategies for resolving clashes and conflicts identified during clashes detection, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
• Oversee the quality control process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Implement BIM execution plans and BIM standards in coordination with the project delivery team.
• Participate in project coordination meetings.

Minimum Qualification & Requirement

sEducation/ Qualification

• sBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical
• .Proven experience 4 to 6 years in BIM implementation and management within the construction industry
• .In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related technologies
• .Experience working on Autodesk ACC
• .Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650)
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
