You’ll boost workshop revenue by combining quality workmanship, productivity, and technical efficiency—both in-branch and on field assignments—while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. 

What you will do

•  Perform day to day assembly, service, and maintenance activities on motorcycles in the workshop and on customer sites.

•  Correctly diagnose faults and carry out repairs with a high “first time fix” rate.

•  Prepare accurate quotations during estimation and secure customer approvals/payments.

•  Produce clear Field Service Reports after each job.
