Job Description

• Take a lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations as requested in addition to checking and confirming that the correct scope of work is reflected on assigned schedules.
• Prepare & Update Time Schedule based on the contract
• Prepare & Update Cost Baseline.
• Prepare the work sequences with the total project plan.
• Develop quantity release and/or installation curves for assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Prepar schedule data, identifies and acquires information needed to complete work logically to interface between assigned disciplines, specialties, and projects.
• Develop specific project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures and recommend appropriate modifications and revisions for new work items assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience not less than 1 year.
• Bachelor degree of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Excellent Command of English language.
• Very good in Primavera - MS Office.
• Having Planning and Cost Control background. 
• Analytical thinking & attention to details skills.
