Brouq Developments is a leading real estate developer located in New Cairo, dedicated to creating exceptional communities that enhance lives.
Role Description
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty in all company residential projects
development and implement policies and procedures ( handover- community - crm) that meet the business needs & clients requirements
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.to make decisions regarding the current resource.
Manage day-to-day operations while dealing with various clients.
Investigate customer's problems and find solutions
Assisting clients with the property after-sales and development.
Manage hand over and fit-out process of projects.
Qualifications
Have experience in New capital & New cairn clients ( residential & Commercial )
A minimum of 7 years’ experience. in real estate is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
