We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Event Operations Coordinator with a passion for live experiences and a strong background in tech-focused events. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the operational planning, execution, and follow-up of events, ensuring every detail reflects excellence and brand consistency.

From coordinating logistics and staffing to managing on-site operations and post-event analysis, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless and memorable experiences for clients and attendees.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Pre-Event Planning

  • Develop detailed operational plans, including timelines, staffing schedules, technical needs, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align event logistics with goals and expectations.

🔹 On-Site Event Execution

  • Lead on-the-ground operations, including setup, troubleshooting, vendor management, and team supervision.
  • Ensure events run smoothly, professionally, and in compliance with safety and brand standards.

🔹 Client & Guest Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

🔹 Post-Event Reporting & Analysis

  • Conduct event debriefs with internal teams and vendors.
  • Create comprehensive post-event reports with key takeaways, metrics, and areas for improvement.

🔹 Team & Venue Management

  • Manage staff scheduling and coordination across multiple venues.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of part-time and freelance event staff.
  • Ensure venue readiness, equipment setup, and operational efficiency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in event operations, live event production, or hospitality/event management
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and adapt to last-minute changes
  • Tech-savvy with experience coordinating AV, streaming, or digital tools (preferred)
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused experiences
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel between event locations as needed
  • Proficiency in Arabic (Verbal and Written)
