JOB PURPOSE:

To supervise day-to day site work, follow up on all contractor and sub-contractor performance till

end of project to ensure the project design applied correctly on time, with safety and quality

standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Study zone drawings in order to prepare Material, Equipment and Man-hours requirements list

based on project priorities and time schedule.

· Audit & supervise sub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Site

Manager in order to tack necessary actions.

· Supervise team in responsible area to perform the required job efficiency by allocate material &

manpower.

· Handle day-to-day site issues, including supervising and auditing the site labor force and the work

of any subcontractors.

· Coordinate with Quality Control Department schedule of inspections/tests and take any

corrective action if required.

· Prepare daily status report to present zone performance and obstacles need to solve.

· Supervise sub-contractor and labors to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all

site activities.

· Review labors’ productivity rates to ensure that it is within the budget.

· Coordinate with other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.

· Coordinate with technical office to ensure the right implementation of the shop drawings on site.

· Audit the processes of gathering data, compile reports, and deliver presentations to relevant

stakeholders.

· Ensure that employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and fully

aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.

MINIMUN QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

Education/ Qualifications: BSC Engineering

Work Experience: 7-9 years’ experience in a related field

Language: Good command of English language
