Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lawyer, based in Alexandria, Egypt, with some flexibility for working from home. The Lawyer will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and analyzing various legal documents, providing legal advisories, conducting thorough legal research, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also entails representing the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations, identifying potential legal risks, and staying updated on changes in legal frameworks relevant to operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Legal research and analytical skills to interpret laws, regulations, and case precedents effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively advise stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in legal terminology, tools, and software.
• License to practice law in the jurisdiction and a degree in Law or its equivalent.
• Experience with international law or trade agreements is a plus but not mandatory.
