We’re Hiring: Senior Real Estate Analyst – Multifamily & BTR Development

We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Analyst with a strong background in multifamily and Build-to-Rent (BTR) development underwriting. This role is ideal for someone who can take a deal from market analysis to full financial modelling and clearly assess project viability.

Key Responsibilities

Underwrite multifamily & BTR development deals end-to-end

Conduct detailed market research, submarket analysis, and comp studies

Build comprehensive development pro formas and financial models

Prepare development budgets, sources & uses, and cash flow projections

Analyse returns including IRR, MoIC, equity multiples, and sensitivities

Evaluate deal feasibility and present insights to decision-makers

Support investment decisions with clear, data-driven recommendations

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience underwriting multifamily and/or BTR development deals

Strong financial modelling skills (Excel required; Argus a plus)

Deep understanding of development budgets, construction costs, and timelines

Ability to independently assess deal risk and upside

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Experience working with U.S. real estate markets preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with ground-up development and value-add analysis
