Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all mechanical construction works for offshore desalination facilities.
• Supervise installation of offshore piping systems, marine pipelines, intake & outfall works, and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate closely with civil, marine, electrical, and commissioning teams to ensure proper interface management.
• Lead subcontractors and construction teams on site and offshore.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, method statements, and approved schedules.
• Enforce HSE regulations and offshore safety standards throughout all construction activities.
• Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and construction procedures.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and resource utilization; report deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve construction and technical issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 15+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years as a Construction Manager on offshore not onShore or marine desalination projects.
• Proven offshore desalination experience is mandatory (onshore-only experience will not be considered).
• Strong experience in piping systems, marine works, infrastructure, and desalination plants.
• Previous experience with companies such as Archirodon, Veolia, OCI, Aquaria, or TAM is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and site management skills.
• Willingness to work at coastal and offshore project locations in Egypt.
