Job Description
- Developing and implementing quality control systems and standards.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Evaluating production and supplier goods for any defects or deviations.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to establish quality assurance standards and objectives.
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinating and leading training sessions to educate employees on quality control measures.
- Reviewing and analyzing quality performance data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Resolving quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring products meet customer expectations and specifications.
- Interacting with customers, regulatory bodies and suppliers to address any quality concerns or complaints.
- Maintaining documentation of quality control activities and changes in procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager in manufacturing companies.
- Thorough knowledge of Quality Control Standards, Quality Assurance and Testing Methodologies.
- Experience in reporting on key quality metrics.
- Excellent Numerical Skills and understanding of Data Analysis/Statistical Methods.
- Outstanding Communication Skills.
- Certification of Quality Control is a strong advantage.
