Job Description
- Provide real-time chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English at a B2 proficiency level to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines to deliver consistent and high-quality support.
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service processes.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in training and feedback sessions.
