2026 is a defining year for us. We are moving from setup to execution – launching our first core product, delivering selected client projects, and building strong internal technical foundations for long-term growth.

🎯 The role

We are hiring our first Tech Lead – a key role that will shape how Keyformance builds software, teams and products from day one.

This is not a pure architect role and not a people manager detached from code.

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader who can:

set technical direction

build development structure and standards

mentor developers

ensure code quality and scalability

work closely with founders and leadership

You will report directly to our COO and collaborate closely with the founder team on product direction, architecture and hiring decisions.

🧩 Your responsibilities

Technical leadership

Define and own the overall technical architecture across products and client projects

Set up and maintain a workflow in GitHub (e.g. repositories, branching, pull requests and collaboration)

Establish coding standards, review processes and best practices

Ensure high code quality, maintainability and scalability

Make pragmatic technical decisions – not theoretical ones

Team & structure

Help design the structure of the development team as it grows

Support hiring of developers and technical profiles

Mentor developers and help them grow technically and professionally

Create a positive, ambitious and high-performing engineering culture

AI & innovation

Lead and support AI-related development (LLMs, AI integrations, intelligent features)

Help define how AI is used meaningfully in products – not “AI for AI’s sake”

Support developers working with AI tools, APIs and workflows

Product & business collaboration

Work closely with COO and founders on product roadmap and priorities

Translate business goals into technical solutions

Balance speed, quality and long-term sustainability

🧠 What we’re looking for

We need a strong, experienced Tech Lead with good energy and leadership instincts.

We value real-world experience over academic theory.

You likely have:

5+ years of professional software development experience

Proven experience as Tech Lead, Senior Developer or Architect

Strong understanding of modern web/app architectures

Experience working with AI technologies (LLMs, AI APIs, ML integrations, etc.)

Solid backend knowledge + good frontend understanding

Experience working in structured teams with code reviews, CI/CD, Git workflows

You are someone who:

Takes ownership and responsibility

Communicates clearly and constructively

Can influence developers positively and raise team quality

Is calm, pragmatic and solution-oriented

Enjoys building things from the ground up
