Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for account growth.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Very Good in English is a must
