Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements
