Operations Manager
Location: Remote

Compensation: $2,000 – $6,000 USD per month
Role Overview
We are hiring an Operations Manager to transform a high-performance health coaching business into a frictionless, world-class concierge operation.
This role owns the entire backend of the business. Your mission is to ensure every client moves smoothly from onboarding → diagnostics → protocol → optimisation, with zero confusion, delays, or reliance on the founder.
You will design systems, automate workflows, document SOPs, and coordinate seamlessly across sales, delivery, and client success—so the business runs like a precision-engineered operation, not a founder-dependent one.
This is a senior, autonomous role suited to a systems thinker who thrives on clarity, ownership, and high standards.
Key Outcomes You’ll Own
- A fully mapped and automated client journey (end-to-end)
- Zero operational bottlenecks or dropped handovers
- Clear visibility on client status, operational metrics, and performance
- Minimal founder involvement in day-to-day operations (<20%)
- A premium, proactive client experience that feels intentional and seamless
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end operational workflows (onboarding → delivery → optimisation)
- Automate repetitive and manual tasks using tools such as Zapier or Make
- Design, manage, and improve systems across Notion, CRM platforms, and internal workspaces
- Coordinate execution between sales, delivery, and client success teams
- Document, own, and continuously improve SOPs across all service stages
- Create and maintain a unified operations dashboard
- Track KPIs and deliver monthly operational reports (wins, bottlenecks, improvements)
- Act as the central point of accountability across all operations

- Monthly performance and optimisation reports

- Founder involvement in operations: <20%
Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Operations Lead
- Strong background in systems design, workflows, and automation
- Experience in service-based, high-touch businesses
- Comfortable owning decisions with minimal oversight
- Experience supporting founders with limited availability
