 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Payroll position located in Heliopolis. The role involves managing employee payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and administering employee benefits. Responsibilities include processing salaries and deductions, maintaining accurate payroll records, and assisting with personnel management tasks in alignment with company HR policies. The HR Payroll professional will collaborate with departments to ensure timely payments and resolve employee payroll inquiries.

 Qualifications

Experience in Human Resources (HR) processes and HR Management

Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration

Proficiency in Personnel Management with strong organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in payroll and HR management software

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
