Job Description

Policy Management:

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated effectively to employees.

Documentation and Records:

  • Organize and manage confidential HR documentation securely.
  • Prepare necessary HR documents, such as employment letters, follow up for onboarding documents and reports.

Administration:

  • Support daily HR operations, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
  • Oversee administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Ensure all HR-related documentation is aligned with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Dental Medical Insurance Management:

  • Administer and manage employee dental medical insurance plans.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee insurance inquiries and claims.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues related to coverage or benefits.

Employee Relations:

  • Respond to employee inquiries about policies, documentation, and benefits.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction related to benefits and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR documentation .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
