Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar roles, including kitchen staff, production workers, and other operational positions.
• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to meet House of Cocoas hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and ensure the efficient onboarding of new hires.
• Partner with department managers to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
• Represent House of Cocoa as an employer of choice, showcasing our commitment to people and excellence.
• Track and report on recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and success rates.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal recruitment policies.
