Job Description
Arranges and coordinate the weekly Management Team meetings including accurate recording for the meetings minutes.
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Preparation of Management monthly reports and statistical data analysis.
Organize, arrange and track management team administrative inquiries.
Coordinate GSC Egypts Global and Regional visits.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
Making travel arrangements for executives.
Job Requirements
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word - Excel - Power Point).
Excellent Internet knowledge.
Excellent English is a must.
Good professional appearance.
Good computer skills.
