Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organizations culture and values.
- Leverage recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to source candidates.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements
Qualifications (Females Only)
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English is required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the real estate industry is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for identifying top talent.
