Key Roles And Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Assist clients in finding their way around the office
Announce clients as necessary
Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes
Preparing meet and training rooms
Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
Assist colleagues with administrative tasks
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
Answer, forward, and screen phone calls
Provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments
Send faxes as required
Update and circulate staff telephone & Address Directory on regular basis
Handle the mail Pouch
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business communications, financial reports, and legal documents
Ability to communicate with and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
Ability to write and translate reports
Ability to effectively present information to top management and staff members
Fluency in language skills required: English and Arabic
Must be prompt, accessible, resourceful, self-starter, results-oriented with a positive outlook
Must be an excellent communicator, team-player with demonstrated interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to perform simple mathematic problems by adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite and capable of developing, reading and analyzing spreadsheets
Minimum Qualifications
(1) year of experience and high school diploma OR the equivalent combination of education and experience
