Key Responsibilities
Send sales order to Planning Dept and confirm delivery dates to customers if needed (after arranging with customer service and according to account managers advice).
Track the order fulfillment progress with the operations team and communicate exceptions.
Handle IFFMan (internal system) data for current and new customers as well as input full data for every project related.
Using IFFMan Quote system and SAP pricing system (once in place)
Coordinate projects with affiliates and its relevant labs as well as update IFFMan accordingly.
Liaise with CSD (customer service) and following - up on open orders and communicate to the Customers and AM on status. Manage relationship between Sales and CSD to improve services levels to the customers.
Issue price quotations/PI requested by customers, or distributors.
Dealing with SAP (internal global system) for all requested tasks and be sure that all data are accurate i.e. prices, customers data.
Preparing power point presentations and tasting session sheets.
Follow up money collection with customers in accordance and in parallel with finance.
Work with different departments in the company
Create and maintain relationships to cross segment accounts
Follow with Creation & Application projects progress.
Monitor and report markets (customer needs, competitors, prices)
Reporting of incidental key issues.
Back up for the Account Manager during his Absence, in all requests by customers or distributors.
Required
University graduate in Business or any equivalent.
2 years of experience at the same position. In Multinational environment is a plus.
Good command of English speaking and writing
Computer literacy Word, Excel, Power Point.
Very good Communication and Negotiation skills
Team player and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Requirements
SAP, IFFMan and Microsoft Word familiarity
Solid, hardworking, and highly competent individual capable of easily dealing with people
