We are looking to immediately hire a Secretary/Receptionist to join our team in ClinProve.
Working Location: Nasr City
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00
Working Days: 5 days (Sunday-Thursday)
Respomsibilities:
· Responsible for the day to day running of the reception area.
· Ensure that all telephone calls are satisfactorily answered and that company greetings are used.
· Convey any message to staff who were unavailable at the time of the call.
· Helps in replying emails & social media messages
· Directs the client (walk-ins – phone calls) to the concerned team member.
· Typing presentations and reports as well.
· Helps in organizing on-site training courses.
· Keeping personnel records
Qualifications & Work Experience
· Bachelors degree in a relevant field
· 0-2 years of relevant experience
· Good command of the English language
· Good computer skills
· Microsoft Office skills
