Job Description

  • Promote and sell a wide range of educational books and resources to schools and academic institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including school administrators, teachers, and educational consultants.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of international and national education systems.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate price quotations and proposals in response to client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with publishers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Provide clients with free-of-charge resources and support materials related to processed orders.
  • Organize and participate in teachers’ training workshops, product training sessions, and publishers’ webinars.
  • Stay updated on the latest educational trends, curriculum changes, and product offerings to effectively address client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the educational or publishing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office-based environment.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets within set deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, presentations, and workshops as required.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
